We currently deliver to all major cities across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, and more. For remote or less accessible areas, delivery times may vary.

2. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

• We use trusted courier services such as TCS, Leopards Courier, and Pakistan Post to deliver your packages.

• Standard delivery time usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

• Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges vary based on the size and weight of the package as well as the destination.

• Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain amount (check ongoing promotions on the website).

• Shipping charges will be clearly shown during checkout before you confirm your order.

5. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

• You can use this tracking number on the courier service’s website to monitor your shipment’s progress.

6. Delivery Issues

• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company or customs clearance issues.

7. Failed Deliveries

• In case of failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier company may return the package to us.

• Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.

8. International Shipping

• Currently, BinBaaz.pk ships only within Pakistan.

• We hope to expand our delivery services internationally in the near future.
